Vidrama: Short Dramas User Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Vidrama: Short Dramas. Before signing in, browsing, watching, purchasing, or otherwise using the service, please read this User Service Agreement carefully.
Important Notice: If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use Vidrama: Short Dramas. By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Account Registration and Management

Third-party login: If you access Vidrama: Short Dramas through a third-party account or platform, you are responsible for maintaining access to that account. If the third-party account is restricted, suspended, or unavailable, you may need to resolve the issue directly with that provider. We may use your Vidrama account records as the main basis for verifying service access.
Account cancellation: You may request account cancellation where account features are available. Cancellation may be permanent. After cancellation, related records, saved preferences, access rights, and usage history may no longer be recoverable, except where we are required or allowed to retain information by law or for legitimate operational reasons.
Account security and conduct: You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe this Agreement has been violated, if false information is used, or if account content such as names, avatars, or profiles contains unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful material.
2. Eligibility
By using Vidrama: Short Dramas, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 13 years old and, if you are under the age of majority in your location, you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
Your access to Vidrama: Short Dramas complies with the laws, rules, and platform requirements that apply in your country or region.
3. Payment and Subscriptions
Fees: Some content, features, subscriptions, coins, passes, or other benefits may require payment. Prices, renewal terms, and purchase details will be shown before purchase. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law, platform policy, or a written statement from us.
Price adjustments: Vidrama: Short Dramas may adjust prices, benefits, or service packages based on product changes, market conditions, or operational needs. Changes will be displayed in the app, store listing, or other official channel when required.
Subscription rights: Paid or subscribed benefits are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not transfer, resell, lend, or share paid access in a way that violates this Agreement or platform rules.
Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges based on your location, payment method, and identity information. Payment processors or app stores may calculate and collect those amounts during checkout.
4. Privacy Protection
Data processing: By using the service, you understand that information such as device data, usage activity, viewing progress, diagnostics, and support communications may be handled as described in the Vidrama: Short Dramas Privacy Policy.
Commitment to security: We use reasonable measures designed to protect information connected with the service. You should review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices and your available choices.
Non-consent: If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you should stop using Vidrama: Short Dramas. Continued use may be treated as acceptance of the applicable policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Vidrama: Short Dramas and the materials made available through it, including text, images, videos, audio, software, interfaces, designs, names, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Derap Kreasi Persada, its licensors, partners, or other rights holders. Unless expressly allowed, you may not copy, record, scrape, download, distribute, modify, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from the service or its content.
6. Usage Code of Conduct
Legal compliance: You agree to use Vidrama: Short Dramas only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to commit fraud, interfere with systems, spread malware, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, bypass access controls, or distribute unlawful or harmful content. You are responsible for losses or legal consequences caused by your misuse.
Cultural respect: You agree to respect local laws, community standards, and cultural practices in the region where you use the service. If your actions create legal, operational, public safety, or reputational risk for Vidrama: Short Dramas, we may restrict or terminate your access without compensation where permitted by law.
7. Promotional Activities
Vidrama: Short Dramas may offer promotions, discounts, bundles, rewards, trials, or limited-time activities through official channels. Specific promotion rules may apply. If those rules conflict with this Agreement, the promotion rules will control only for that particular activity.
